BAKED RICE WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE IN CALYPOT

Ingredients:
100g Chinese sausage (chicken or pork)
50g mushroom
50g ginger (cut to coin size)
300g cooked Jasmine Rice
Half cup Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce
20g vegetable oil
 
Method:
1. Cut Chinese sausage and mushroom to bite size pieces
2. Add vegetable oil in a pan. Fry ginger and mushroom for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Then add Chinese sausage and continue cooking until ingredients mixed well.
3. Add cooked Jasmine rice into the mixture. Add Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce to taste.
