BRAISED CHICKEN WITH CHINESE KALE
300g cubed chicken thigh
1.5 tbsp Healthy Boy Oyster Sauce
1.5 tbsp Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce
Half cup water
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Poached Chinese kale
1. Marinate the chicken with Healthy Boy Oyster Sauce and Seasoning Sauce and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil on a medium-high heat. Grill the chicken until golden brown.
3. Pour in the water and season with sugar, mixing well.
4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes ready to serve with poached Chinese kale.
