KARAAKE CHICKEN

Ingredients: 
1 kg chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
300g wheat flour
 
Method:
1. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces.
2. Marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
3. Coat marinated chicken pieces with flour.
4. Heat oil at medium high heat (350F) and then deep fry chicken for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
5. Serve on a hot plate with Healthy Boy Sweet Chilli Sauce.
