Satay Pineapple Kebab
Serving: 25 kebabs.
Preparation: 40 minutes. Cooking: 15 minutes.
1 packet Indonesian Meat Satay Marinade
450g boneless chicken leg, remove skin and cut into 2cm
1 can (454g) pineapple chucks, drained and cut into 2cm
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinate chicken with Marinade, honey & oil for at least 30
Thread 3 pieces of meat alternating with pineapples onto
Pre-heat griller. Grill kebab until cooked. Serve warm.
Beef, lamb or pork may be used instead of chicken.
For more intense flavours, leave to marinate for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
