Thai Pan Fried Fish
Serving: 4 people.
Preparation: 5 minutes. Cooking: 15 minutes.
1 packet Pad Thai Noodles Spice Paste
600g white fish fillet or red snapper, cut into 1.5cm thick
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 fresh red chilli, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup (55ml) water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Coriander leaves as garnish
Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan-fry on
each side of fish for 5 minutes or until cooked. Place on
plate. Set aside.
Add onion, chilli and Spice Paste, stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir
in water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture over cooked fish. Garnish and serve hot
