SUKIYAKI CRISPY NOODLES
250g dried noodles (or favourite noodles)
0.5 cup Healthy Boy Sukiyaki Sauce
0.25 cup white sugar
100g chopped shallot
50g chopped garlic
0.5 cup tofu deep fried
0.25 cup garlic chives
1. Deep fry noodles until crisp.
2. Sautee chopped shallot and chopped garlic in a pan until golden, then add Healthy Boy Sukiyaki Sauce and sugar.
3. Mix the crispy noodles with the prepared sauce.
4. Serve with deep fried tofu and garlic chives.
