10 pieces chicken drumsticks

2 tbsp Dek Som Boon Thick Oyster Sauce

2 tbsp Dek Som Boon Seasoning Sauce

2 tbsp garlic

3 roots coriander

1 tsp pepper

Dek Som Boon Black Sweet Soy Sauce

 

1. Marinate chicken drumsticks with Dek Som BoonThick Oyster Sauce and Dek Som Boon Seasoning Sauce

2. Pour water into pot, add garlic, coriander roots, pepper and marinated chicken into the pot. Boil over a medium heat.

3. Stew until dry out. Then add Dek Som Boon Black Sweet Soy Sauce for enhancing sweet taste and colouring.

 

This recipe can also be adapted to Noodle Stew Chicken Wings or Stew Chicken Wings with Rice.
